Congratulations on your layout! That is so exciting. I adore your designs and have used one or two for myself. :)
Currently, I have no plans for Valentine's Day. But I think I will eventually make a card or two. Nothing fancy.

My girls have both taken a HUGE interest in cooking the last year or two. They love to wear these old Pamered Chef aprons of mine, so I decided they might need to step up their fashion while creating. I picked up some completely ADORABLE (think pink and browns and funky prints...like scrapbook paper on fabric) aprons for them! The best part...I got them at Ross. :)
Happy Valentines Day!
Hi Angela,
I so have to participate in this!! The layout is AMAZING I have always and continue to always be impressed with your scrapping skills!
For Valentines Day I will be making treat things for bug's daycare. Not sure about making one for J. The youth is going to help host a Valentines Day banquet on the 13th so we will be helping out with that probably do a nice dinner on the 12th. Again congrats on the layout!
Congrats again! The layout is beautiful!
I think I'll "help" Lana make Valentine cards for her Grandparents and perhaps I'll do some experimenting with chocolate and cake for my Valentine.
Congrats! It's nice to have a local person "published."
First Congrats.
As for Valentine's Day, all my scrapbooking supplies are in storage while our house is being built. So I will have to buy my valentines this year. Although my husband and I will do date night at the Fur Ball for the Whitman County Humane Society.
Congrats on the publication!
We are making valentines sugar cookies for the ever famous day of love!
Yay for being published! Can't wait to get my copy now :)
Valentines day already! I plan on making a mini book for my hubby...last years theme was "10 things I love about you". This year's theme is undecided!
I love Valentines Day. I am decorating peanut tins with paper from Paper Pals (made for christmas too)and filling them with peanut clusters also decorating a jarred candle with a paper band. I am sure I will do some other things too, but we will see how much time I have.
Congrats on your lay out too!
Congratulations! It was wonderful to finally meet you at the store yesterday. I'll be picking up my copy of CK and having you autograph it! hee hee
Thought I'd play around with the blog hop today to see what's going on at everyones place.
For V-day I'll be making my husband a minibook of our honeymoon --- we were just married this past June!
Congratulations!
Valentines here is usually not that big of a deal. The kids make cards for their friends and we have a heart cake for dessert.
Congrats...again you are so GOOD!!
Valentines day...hmmmm I just want to survive three school parties and have time with sweetheart!
Congrats on you LO in CK! So fun!
Our Valentine's will be handmade this year, or, at least, mine will be :)
I don't have any Valentines plans of yet but I love your layout and how exciting you are in the Magazine!!!Congratulations!
heartbroken, so no Valentine's celebrations...but who knows. Maybe I'll throw my energies into crafting.
Congratulations on your publication! That is very exciting. Enjoying my blog hop.
"Loving" the Blog Hop, and congrats on the published layout! I will be doing a little of both... making my own and purchasing! Happy Valentines! ~Erin
I'm hoping to hand-make my Valentine's cards this year, but we'll see how much progress I get! I'm thinking of enlisting the help of my little-handed children for the design, but they may not be so willing...
Like all cards at my house recently, my Valentines preparations will probably be mostly glue, with a few bits of glitter that managed to stay out of the boys' hair and eyes. They do love to help!
Congrats on the published layout! I haven't really thought about Valentine's Day yet, but I'll probably make cards for my kids and husband, and a small candy treat for each of them.
Congrats on CK! How awesome!
Yay Ang! So proud of you!!
Honestly, I haven't started thinking about Valentine's Day, but I better get to it. I'll probably make something simple for my "big kids" (aka college students) and MY kids and I love to make sugar cookies with lots of sprinkles.
Congratulations! I am going to go out and buy the magazine! You have inspired me to make some homemade cards!! Happy V's Day!
Congratulations Angela! I love your layout!
Valentine's Day! If I start now the girls and I will be making homemade cards. I also want to make some fun Valentine's garland out of my scrapbooking paper. We'll see if that gets done though!
Congrats! I'm hoping I can find the time to make cards but if not I will purchase them!
Congratulations on the magazine spread! You are definitely talented and certainly deserved the placement!
I always make my Valentines (last year I make my boyfriend a love note box - http://lacretiataylorpersonal.blogspot.com/2009/02/be-mine.html) but I'm struggling for inspiration this year - I'd love some ideas for other handmade gifts!

I am hoping to make heart shape sugar cookies with my boys on Valentines Day for them and their daddy...and let's face it, I will probably eat them too :)
Congrats on your publication! So very cool. My hubby received a second chance with a new heart this year, so Valentine's Day will be sweet, because he is here.
Smiles,
Teresa
from Omak! :) Leanne told me your great news.
Congratulations on your published work. I look forward to seeing it. As for the answer to your Valentine's question....I haven't made any definate plans, but I am thinking of making little mailboxes with my kids to send little love notes to them. It's something I've never done before, but know they would really enjoy.
Thank you,
Janni b_janni@hotmail.com
Congrats on the published work! My fiance and I don't usually do anything for Valentine's day, but this year we might in celebration of our purchase of a restaurant in Moscow! Mostly it will be an excuse to get out of the house on our day off! :)
Congratulations this is so exciting.
Valentines day will be spent with my family. They are the loves of my life.

Your Layouts are beautiful and I love the creating keepsakes magazine, its nice to get inspiration for layouts when you are just starting to scrapbook... I dont have to much time as a stay at home mom of three boyz but I do love the joy scrapbooking brings to me and I miss Paper-Pals everyone is so great there :) Last year I made my husband a Mini album through one of the classes and each year I will bring it out just to show people how much I love him :) and I would love to make one of my lil men tooo.... C
Plans, plans, plan. I have tons of plans to make fun things for my daughters preschool class for V-day and for my work pals and hubby but getting to them is another thing. Hopefully I can accomplish at least one planned activity.
I've only thought of what I'll make for my child to take to school for hand out. We are going to cover half of a TP tube with cuteness and of course it will be filled with candy.
Congrats on the layout in CK. I NEVER have plans for V-Day. Sometimes, I do a play for the awareness of domestic violence, but tend to "celebrate" love 9 days later on MY day!
Great Blog!
Congrats to you on your layout pub! It's very nice!
Congratulations on your layout!! I love Creating Keepsakes and how wonderful to have a local scrapbooker published in such a great magazine.
For Valentines Day, I am making cute Valentine Lollipop cards. They are so easy to make, I just love creating them. I'm also making some cute floral arrangements for our house. In our house we have a Valentine tree, which started when I was a little girl. I love to get my stamps out and create new ornaments every year with the kids.
Congrats on the layout! Love your blog, by the way... so creative.
My Valentine's Gift:
I've been working on an afghan for a long time for a good friend (not bf, but it will end up being given on V-Day, cuz it's convenient). It's one where you make the individual squares and then sew together, so it's been a long road to finally get the gift prepared to make. Very excited!
Again, love the blog.
Handmade cards of course!!
Just want to add my Congratulations on being published.
Honestly... I really don't have any Valentine's day plans as of yet- but thanks for getting the gears rolling:)

congrats on your layouts being in a magazine -- how exciting!!!! :)
Well...I'd like to think I'll make something, but the only thing I think I'll make is red velvet cupcakes. Other than that, it's store bought for me.
I'm back in cyberspace, woot woot!! Having a lot of fun visiting the gals who have visited me from the blog hop. LOVE your blog update, very nice work, especially how the ribbon slides when you go down the page.
Congrats on your LO ... nice work 8-)
My kiddos are to old to hand out cards (20 & 18) so will forgo the valentine making, but I do have a tradition of making V-Day dinner with all red & pink foods. Dessert is always a heart shaped Red Velvet cake -- YUM-O. The blog hop has me "hopping to it" ... take care!
# 1 all the way! Homemade Love Notes are the best!
I am hopping right in. Please come visit my creative blog sometime. Love the shop!
